Rating: 4/10 feels exactly like cold water
As you know Hong Kong is really hot, In preparation for my trip I brought this spray from UK Boots. It's actually pretty cool when you spray it on your body and feels exactly like cold water.Would say that the spray is REALLY difficult to spray and hardly anything comes out and if so it comes out like small droplets.
It is cold BUT not very longlasting. it gives temporary cooling effects
