Give yourself the very best

I may not know a lot but no one is born to know everything. As long as you try and never give up,you have chance.

You only live once

I have wasted a lot of time and realise that it will never go back. Live with no regrets and carry on so it wouldn't become another regret.

Never rely on people, Instead let them rely on you

Give yourself another chance to prove your worth.

The only thing that is safe is something that you have full control over

Don't spend time admiring others, Spend time building something for people to admire you.

Nothing is impossible until the person gives up and not try at all

Value everything that you have now, Build your own future.

Pain relief

Rating: 4/5

What is it forThis provides temporary relief from minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints.
Repurchase: Maybe
Comments: I have helped my brother to apply this before and one major mistake was washing this stuff off my hand late because it started to cool my hand even after washing.
It does relieve pain however it is quite temporary and I would say it is slightly expensive for what it is.

Cuteness for babies

Thought I'll share what I brought for my friend's little boy. Its so cute

Bibs

Randoms from my brother's room

Can you guess what this little cutie is from my brothers room?? take a closer look at the pics below

Favourite Handwash T_T

Rating: 5/5

White pear and Avocado- original source handwash

Although the hand wash itself is not the best colour, I really really love the smell of this but unfortunately many stores have discontinued it. I wish I knew of this hand wash earlier :( this will be my forever favourite

Repuchase: I can't :(.  come back

Blackheads

My Ratings: 4/5 but slightly prefer Clinelle

What is it? These products are said to reduce blackheads/whiteheads after a few applications

30ml b.liv off with those heads and 12ml Clinelle blackhead control gel

I have brought both of these products from Sasa (Hong Kong) can't quite remember the exact price but b.liv was around $300 and Clinelle was $109. With both of these products, you just have to put a small amount
on your nose/ Tzone and leave it on without having to wash it out. Its got menthol in both products so you do feel a little tingle.

I would say I prefer Clinelle in terms of value for money because I have noticed a difference on my nose in only a few days of using it.So it was quite hard to determine the effectiveness of B.liv because my nose was cleaned by the Clinelle one (blackheads reduced).

Consistency: Gel/ serum consistency
Repurchase: definately Clinelle but will continue to try b.liv
Package: B.liv is more hygienic with the pump but clinelle is has a tube tip instead which may not be

Highly recommended Hair straightening treatment

My Rating: 5/5

If you would like to have permanent straight and shiny hair everyday without using hair straighteners I would highly recommend the 'rebonding treatment' at the hair salon.

"Rebonding is a chemical hair treatment that makes your hair straight, sleek and shiny"

It is quite expensive and time consuming process but I would highly recommend this because you will see a dramatic difference after, and it will last until your hair grow out.

However please be aware that it is best to choose a good salon and select one of the best treatments (there are different price range treatments to choose from). This is important because one of my friend has tried the cheaper options and it was her biggest regret because it made her hair dry and brittle, another friend has also tried to do hers at reflections hair salon but it went back to curly when she got wet by the rain.

I did mine in Hong Kong in 'Hair Q' salon which I highly recommend. See below for my results.

3 weeks after the treatment

Price:  including hair cut =  $995  which is roughly  £82.91
Treatment time: 4 hours including hair cut
Before the treatment: My hair use to be very dry and fuzzy. Some hairdressers refuse to do the treatment on people that have bleached their hair.

Small Birthday celebration ~Dad

Had a small birthday celebration with my dad yesterday. Me and family went out to Zaza Bazaar (In Bristol) for dinner then home for some cake ^^.

Patisserie Valerie - angelica cake

Air freshener (I thought it was alcohol)
ZAZA BAZAAR

For those that haven't been to Zaza Bazaar I will now give a brief review of what I think of the place.

Variety: Basically it is a buffet and it does have quite a variety of food to choose from in comparison to other buffet bars in bristol i.e. preview bar. Nice selection to choose from

Price: However I think it is quite pricey for max stay of 1hour 45mins  (Monday to Thursday £14.99 Friday to Sunday £16.99).

Service: I have actually had bad service experiences with this place but would revisit.

Revisit: Yes (tbh there is not alot of places like this in bristol)

If you do plan to visit Zaza I would offer a few tips:

1) Book a table. - if you turn up on the dot, it is likely you won't get a table because they now do time slots for people to eat in the evening: 5pm, 7pm and 9pm.
2) Arrive early/on time- They will definitely kick you out after 1hour 45mins of your BOOKING TIME so don't be late and don't bring people that eat slow
3) Don't order green tea - This is so unreasonable, I ordered 3 teas and they gave me ONE small pot with three teabags in it that doesn't even fill 3 small cups of green tea to the top. I complained about this and they refuse to refill hot water so that I could get my 3 teas which they will charge at £2 something. So I said if I were to order 99 green teas would they fit all 99 tea bags in one pot and charge me 99 green teas even if there is not enough water for it. They didn't really understand  =_=" but after a long time of nagging they did refill ONCE!
4) Don't book online - apparently you have to put a deposit

look at their website for further details

Half price Starbucks frappuccino!

1/2 price, DON'T MISS OUT

Remember the offer is 3pm-5pm

Cookie Crumble Frappuccino

For those that live in the UK there is now this happy hour offer at Starbucks for half price frappucino's between 3pm-5pm.This offer ends on the 05/06/2012 so hurry and take advantage of it like me before it ends ^o^.

I have tried the new mocha cookie crumble frappuccino but think its too sweet for my liking so I have gone back to my all time favourite chocolate cream frappucino today mmmmm.

I would also like to take this opportunity to stress my love for the OREO KFC KRUSHEMS! (Is a must have for cookie and milkshake lovers and  non lovers) my absolute favourite. GO AND GET ONE NOW!

I have also been to McDonald's the other day and got myself the new:

I've told the guy to put less choc sauce in it so it wasn't too sweet. It was nice but it still doesn't beat the limited edition pancake ice cream from burger king quite awhile ago (T_T Haiz I miss it so much).

peel off - KOSE SEIKISHO Mask White

My Rating: 2/5

Sample Size

After 20mins of drying

What is it?: Is a peel-off black mask (after 20mins of application) that removes dirt and impurities to increase skins clarity and radiance (maybe blackheads?).

Repurchase:  No

Conclusion: I  liked the peel off idea and was easy to peel, thick consistency but left me with a red rash

Comments: I have only brought the sample size of this product because just as I was about to pay for the full size product the shop assistant said that it may irritate my skin ( I had skin allergies when I was in the shop).

Before I was in Hong Kong I have actually read reviews about this and a majority said that it was quite a good peel off mask for blackheads and dead skin so I was quite excited to get this.
For me I was quite disappointed with this mask because I've never really had bad reactions from beauty products before but after using the mask purely on my nose it has left a red rash on where it has been applied for a few days. However my friends and family has also used this too and didn't have a reaction but said it didn't clear pores/blackheads amazingly.

Hong Kong Return!

airport pic

Yes! as you could see from the entry title I have just recently came back from my two week holiday in Hong Kong. I have brought a few products which I will review and recommend in the coming entries.

I think Hong Kong has an amazing range of beauty cosmetics in comparison to UK because it seems to have a majority of brands from the UK as well as brands from Korea/Japan which is now very popular in HK. My favourite beauty drug store is Sasa and Colourmix.

At first I was really home sick because I realise how different life is compared to UK but now I really miss it.
I miss the food and how I could still go out shopping till late and have as much sushi as I can at a cheap price.
Transport is convenient and there are numerous of shops to choose from and places to explore and especially for girls, there are a lot of clothing shops but just be aware that the price of the the exact piece of clothing may vary amongst places (at some places you could haggle).
