Makeup base explained. Lovely Me-Ex (purple)

Rating: It's alright but tooo white once applied

I have brought this make-up base as an emergency to my beauty lesson (we learnt about pre makeup-foundation this lesson). To be honest I had no idea what it is to begin with because I've always thought makeup base was a primer. But after a little research I soon got to know what it is.

Makeup base explanation:-
In summary a makeup base is a COLOURED primer which apparently acts like a barrier to makeup so its not so damaging to the skin when makeup is applied. The primary function of a makeup base is to tune and even out uneven skin tone and to fill in pores for a smoother complexion. The makeup base apparently changes/tune its colour to natural as soon as the foundation is applied.

There are the following colours for the following usage:

-Purple: to tone yellower skin/ sallow and dull skin during winter.-Green: to counteract redness, good for acne-prone skin to reduce flush.
-Blue: to enhance translucence.
-Pink: to brighten up your complexion, great for those with pale skin and thinner skin
